2001 Annual report on the state of the drugs problem in the European Union online The EMCDDA launched its 2001 Annual report on the state of the drugs problem in the European Union on 20 November in Brussels. The report is available in the 11 official languages of the European Union and Norwegian. An expanded online version is available in English Portuguese, French and German.
